"It is a beautiful property. Everything looks clean and well-put-together. It's luxurious, but my only problem is that the front desk didn't honor my birthday even after calling them. It was my birthday, and I was told on the phone before check-in that they would make sure the front desk would know to give me a little birthday treat. "I booked a stay for my sister and brother in law’s 20th anniversary and they absolutely loooved it! They said the hotel was so beautiful, staff was extremely helpful and nice, and everything was so nice and clean.
The hotel was also so kind and provided champagne after I told them the stay was for their anniversary, too."

"It was a little confusing to park to check in as there were no spots designated for that purpose and usually you need a room key for access to the parking garage. Also, I feel the front test should inform guests that the room key needed to be used on the elevator. The room itself was comfortable. Although the tv didn’t really work while it was raining. However the hotel was in the process of switching out the tvs with new ones."
