The room was spotless.....when we checked in, the staff was very friendly, helpful and professional.....The hotel was under construction but you wouldn't even know it.....the only neagtive comment I would have is that the breakfast we ordered (not included in price) was not very good- the potatoes were mushy and the omelet was not very big nor did you get toast with it.....it is not a deal breaker but the food could be better.....otherwise, I would highly recommend this hotel.

My wife and I were greeted at the front desk on Friday, November 28, 2025 with a friendly smile and enthusiastic employee. I believe his name was Chris (not sure) but he made us feel very welcome and went out of his way to ensure our room was clean and ready! He is a great asset to the Hilton family!! The location of your hotel was very close to my family whom participated in the Nutcracker. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. Kudos to everyone who helped make our stay a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations!!

Great hotel staff. Very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the housekeeping staff did a great job in tending to the rooms every day. It’s a great location to stay if you are in town playing at Grand Park for any sporting event. The diamonds were about 12 minutes away by car. There is also a Starbucks right across the street if you need your morning coffee fix.
