"Deceptive practice. No housekeeping unless you specifically request it. We stayed 2 nights. When we returned the first day, the bed was left unmade and garbage was not removed. At checkin I was asked if I wanted fresh towels in the room or would I prefer to pick up towels at the front desk. I said I would like them in the room by housekeeping. I wanted housekeeping to provide them. So thats all they did, Nothing else! How stupid is that? Sorry we won’t return to this hotel again."

"Checked in middle of night-staff Leo was friendly. Accommodated my room request for ground floor. Room felt clean! Bathroom very clean! Beds comfy! Pillows nice! I would have given 5 stars except for a beetle bug in corner-however it is the south. Hard to keep them out. Great for a short overnight we needed on way down to SC"

"My wife and I stayed in this hotel for a weekend trip to Fredericksburg. The staff were friendly, and were able to check us in early so we could drop off bags and explore. The hotel is in a fantastic location, surrounded by great restaurants and antique stores. The hotel itself was clean, quiet, and comfortable."

"Disappointing stay this time. Probably won't book again. Room wasn't clean, bathroom had hairs everywhere. Air-conditioning vent was filled with dust and dirt. Hotel is under a big renovation till next month. The noise was ridiculous. That wasn't listed prior to booking. Breakfast was poor. Coffee wasn't good. "
