"My husband and I had been staying here, while our new place was finishing up. The price was right, but I must say the customer service is non existent. The laundry facilities are in non working order taking my money and when brought to staffs attention it was ignored. Going on our second week , we were short on funds and had to wait until 2am for money to arrive. I booked a room immediately and told the same staff member that if we could check in now, we would be out at check out time11am. She would not allow us to check it to a. Paid room!! The owners are never available and the kids will beg you for a cig as soon as you step on the property. Not super clean,not super dirty.After spending the kind of money it cost to stay here, I really expected a better experience, and there is absolutely no breakfast at all. "

"I keep coming back to Hyatt and always have a great stay-but the breakfast was pretty pitiful. I didn’t have time in my morning to speak to someone about it-there was a small pot of eggs and I only got a couple tablespoons off the sides at 7am."

(I didn't ask) con a night light for bathroom pls lamps are harsh light! need more blankets and pillows (I just need a lot of pillows, this is my problem totally) noisy a/c (did not bother me but fyi) expensive pour at sleepers yikes!!! $19.00 but sooooo good yum. "Breakfast was good, staff was super helpful, and rooms were comfy. Does have construction going on across the street, but we really didn't notice too much noise. Could walk into the bar/restaurant areas of Bloomington. "
