"Room was small and relatively clean, but modern, as was the building and facilities. Staff at the lobby had no idea how to fix the most basic check-in issues. When we requested more soap we were told it was a "courtesy" and that additional soap would not be provided. "

"The location is convenient, but the heavy traffic creates significant noise. Scheduling cleaning a day in advance was inconvenient, and the fixtures were of poor quality. The bathroom layout felt awkward and there was a slight sewer odor."

"The stay was good, the check in process was very rough. If you don't fill out the form they send before you arrive then expect to be waiting a long time as you communicate with them over whatsapp. Also, if you do fill out the form then it still might not work. The form failed for me many a time. Note that this was all after 10pm, when no receptionist was available"

"It went all well, communication is good via WhatsApp with the NIK team. It's just that we had quite a disagreement as they only provide a fitted sheet for the 3rd guest, no bedsheet. I wasn't very happy that my daughter had to sleep directly under a blanket without bedsheets... or I had to pay to have sheets and pay for the delivery of the sheets as well. It's not just about the price, just the principle. Otherwise our stay was ok."
