"The stay was good, the check in process was very rough. If you don't fill out the form they send before you arrive then expect to be waiting a long time as you communicate with them over whatsapp. Also, if you do fill out the form then it still might not work. The form failed for me many a time. Note that this was all after 10pm, when no receptionist was available"

"It went all well, communication is good via WhatsApp with the NIK team. It's just that we had quite a disagreement as they only provide a fitted sheet for the 3rd guest, no bedsheet. I wasn't very happy that my daughter had to sleep directly under a blanket without bedsheets... or I had to pay to have sheets and pay for the delivery of the sheets as well. It's not just about the price, just the principle. Otherwise our stay was ok."

"O hotel é bem simples, banheiro muito pequeno, mas chuveiro e cama muito bons. O café da manhã é simples mas bem feito. A parte ruim é a recepção, mal informados e não são atenciosos. Localização foi o melhor da estadia. "

"Room photos do not match with the room reality. There are no furniture at all, not even a be light. This hotel is so basic that it provides you with just one key because they do not have any more available. Breakfast is very basic too. It seems this hotel is being rebuilt, it is very clean and except from the lay at the reception, the personnel is very kind and helpful."

"O café da manhã inicia tarde (6h30), então não consegui aproveitar. A garagem fica em outro prédio, o que obriga os hóspedes a caminharem pela rua com as malas. Os produtos de limpeza usados no banheiro tem cheiro fortíssimo que infestam o quarto inteiro. Cama é confortável, mas com apenas 1 opção de travesseiro (que achei ruim). Atendente foi simpático e me atendeu bem apesar do horário (cheguei quase 23h no hotel)."
