"This hotel was booked in error and the minute I realized the error which was in seconds, I immediately tried to cancel. They wouldnt return the money and they upheld the cancellation fee. Zero lack of understanding and empathy! Total crooks!!!"

"We had beautiful views overlooking the Central Park area of Songdo. Nice area for walking and great food and even a Costco nearby! We were also happy to discover we got the breakfast buffet every morning, which was amazing! Would definitely come back!"
