"The room was very clean. The carpet in the hallway could use updating but otherwise clean.
The front desk clerk name Dae Kyoung Kim was very helpful with getting us to our cruise ship terminal.
The hotel was close to train station. It was about 7 minute walk. Also easy access to buses.
Many shops nearby, but don't open till after 10 am.
Otherwise great location."
"Comfortable hotel a 35' drive from Incheon airport. We were looking for a hotel to stay in between flights that would be in an area that we could walk around and where there would be some restaurants as well. This hotel ticked all the boxes. The airport collection service was also really efficient (the taxi driver was waiting for us in the arrivals hall with a name placard) and the staff were helpful. Would recommend!"
"I stayed at the BrownDot Hotel Songdo from 7th July to 10 July 2025. My stay was very comfortable and enjoyed it. The hotel is very good and I got the required help. One suggestion is that the hotel should provide an email address on the website so that one can contact if there is some issue in recaching on the scheduled date. "

"Was nice to have shuttle service to the airport. However coming in on a late flight and the website being difficult to load-for shuttle service, being able to find where to be picked up proved difficult. And on my way to the airport, the shuttle service dropped me in the wrong section of the airport. Otherwise, the hotel itself was lovely and close by the airport!"
