"I have stayed in many bed and breakfast hotels across Europe and Italy. This is by far the best I have ever stayed. The location is not super fantastic. It’s next to a main road but we can’t hear anything in the room. The room is simple but super super clean and well maintained. Comes with very clean toilet and shower. Mini fridge. Our window looks out to groves of olive tree. Highly recommended!"

"The grounds were beautiful. The pool was warm and clean..a car is needed as there is not many places that are safe to walk to. The description says there is a beach, there is no beach on property or walkable. We had an amazing dinner at Portale nearby recommended and arranged by owner. Amazing dinner but no real town to walk about. This is a great place if you have a car and want to explore nearby beaches. Close to the train station. "Hotel Tirreno is truly a place to relax and re-energize yourself. Staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout out stay. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast each morning was delicious. Dinner - four course was over the top. Can not wait for the Spa/fitness part to be completed."

"The property is at the base of Tropea, the village, facing the beach. The property provides gated private parking and you can swim in the most prisitine blue mediterranean water or go up to the village by foot. The host is super nice as well as the staff. Very peaceful place in a bustling summer location."

"We loved our stay here. From the moment you walk in, this hotel is beautifully decorated with Art deco. The room was spacious and clean and perfect for a young family. Breakfast is included and has a nice range of pastries, fruits, cereals, youghurts etc. The location is perfect with only a short walk to the main town, beach and station. We also ate at the hotel they recommend which was delicious. We would stay here again."
