"The experience overall was very smooth and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and spoke English well. However, you can tell the rooms are a bit old but it was still a comfortable room. We got an ocean view room with terrace and the view was amazing!"

Extremely courteous, helpful, and caring staff at checkin, concierge service, and family club floor. 3. Included drinks and snacks available during morning , afternoon, and evening sessions. "A bit of a dated room with lots of marks and scratches etc. Air conditioning also won't go lower than 25 degrees so room is very hot. But it was a clean hotel, very good area and friendly staff"
