"I didn’t have any hot water for the first 36 hours or so. There is no WiFi. The TV has around 15 channels but no remote. Neither of the restaurants were open during my 3 day stay. Beds are super hard. "

"The hotel room looked better in the pictures. We have platinum rewards and they did not upgrade us to a bigger room. The room is pretty tight and the bathroom is small with a tub shower. It was clean but a little worn looking. The view of the lake was spectacular even through the fog. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is very modern looking downstairs. The pool was very large and nice."

"Stayed at the property 3/7-3/9. Nor was i informed when i booked or when i checked in that there was no Air conditioner available due to its March and they dont cut air on until June! I was told to open the windows! I HAVE ASTHMA and it was hot as heck at night and I slept horrible. Loud noises, cars and music all night because the windows were open! When I asked about the AC for the second time. I was told there is AC but there was no one to cut it on! I asked to speak with someone regarding conditions and of couse no one was availabe at the time. So... I called back later Monday 3/9 to speak with soneone regarding my compliant and was told that the person was not there and they will have someone call me next day. Im still waiting on that call.........To anyone that decides to stay at this hotel, please ask questions if your hot natured and temp outside is above 50 degress. Even though the hotel is nice and staff was great. My experiance would have been A++ if i was not hot, could sleep and my asthma didnt flare up to when i got back home i been on breathing treatment for 2 days smh"

"Great location. Room was very hot. U can't switch heat to AC in the rooms. U just have to deal with what the hotel has it on. Also they would only give us one little fan to cool off. Not 2 which I'm sure they had plenty of. Other then that no complaints. They give a free happy hour with 2 free drinks a night from 530-7. And the free breakfast is great "
