"The restaurant/bar situation was terrible. They cannot handle the crowd as the venues are insufficient for a 600 room hotel. You have to wait even to sit at the bar as seating is only allowed by the hostess. Seats at the bar remained open for extended periods of time I believe to accomodate certain customers. Totally unacceptable. I made a dinner reservation and canceled it due to such frustration with the whole process. Dont waste your time in these venues as there is plenty of fine...

"The room was huge. The bathroom very small however. The pieces of carpet in the room were not vaccummed so we asked the front staff. They did it right away. Staff was friendly and the check went smoothly."

"Excellent location - can walk everywhere in Old Quebec, many restaurants and shops just footsteps away. Very clean - daily housekeeping was excellent, pool/gym/change rooms were spotless. Staff - Reception staff were very helpful and polite. There are a lot of steps upon entering the hotel but there are staff available to carry your luggage if needed. Loved my stay here, would love to return the next time I'm in the city."
