"This was my favorite stay in Japan! Beautiful, peaceful property with exceptional staff and service. I injured myself and was using crutches when I visited, and the staff was so kind and accommodating - they made us dinner reservations, brought us breakfast, and allowed me a bit of extra time for checkout since I was moving slowly. I'd definitely return!"
"Bigger sized room compared to the rest of the hotels we stayed during our trip. Convenient walkable location to train station and convenience stores. Airport shuttle is an awesome perk so you don’t have to worry about transportation to the airport!"
"The hotel is very conveniently located from Keikyu Kamata station, with numerous restaurants in the surrounding area. The large bathrooms close at 25:00, but it would be nice if they could be extended until around 27:00,"
