Some people say their room is quite small, but if you are travelling alone, it is more than enough. Everything you need is in the room, and the staffs are quite helpful cos I have borrowed a humidifier and they acted very quick. One highlight is that there are 3 convenience stores around you, so you don’t have to worry about drinks or midnight snacks. You can choose whether to tidy up your room or not on that morning, so it would be a great plus for night owls.

Good, convenient location, staff really not interacting as all hands-on, self-servicing...kind of strict with how it could be heat you're controlling in your room, or A/C depending on the local weather - I'm sure they're "on top" of monitoring conditions as signed changed from the afternoon I arrived to when I left the next mid-morning - the night I stayed was Spring, and the weather sorta middle cold or hot, so experienced the change over from "heating" to "Cooling". Streaming English (only English) channel was not working (i.e. the BBC Channel). Onsen as described - artificial minerals but served it's purpose & still awesome spa environment.
