"Breakfast was ok but lack of variety. Same menu every day. Dryer in the laundry room wont dry, tried multiple times and different machines.
Room temperature was hot and thermostat would not go below 18celsius. I spoke with a staff member who provided us a fan without remote control. Fan was stuck on sleeping mode, so no luck. Had to open the windows and deal with the outside noise. "
"The staff was very polite and attentive. The property was beautiful. Very close to subway and restaurants all within walking distance. We had a medical emergency and theywere very accommodating and helpful ."
"The rooms are really clean and made it easier to get comfortable when needed. However, breakfast was a deal breaker for us because my son and I got food poisoning from the undercooked chicken meatballs served at the breakfast buffet. It made our trip a bit of a challenge the last few nights unfortunately."
"The location to the nearest station is excellent as it located just outside the basement entrance to Shinagawa Seaside station. There are 3 konbini and multiple restaurants within a 1 minute walk. The room is very comfortable, the shower pressure is amazing, and having a bath available to soak feet at the end of the day is great. The only slight drawback is that the air on can't be adjusted, so the rooms are very warm, but we were very happy with our stay! Arigato gozaimasu"
