At the door we were able to speak to someone, via intercom, that told us our room wasn’t ready. An hour later we were given our access code. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Perfect location."

Initially we didn't have any check in details but after a quick call, that was sorted out immediately and we were allowed to check in earlier, meaning we didn't have to wait around all sweaty after our hiking. "We stayed at the hotel 2 nights. Nice, clean room, bathroom, soft towels. Located in the center of the city. Nice breakfast was included in the price. We definitely recommend this hotel."

The shutter would not close so had to pin a blanket up but it decided to work in the morning!🤔 I asked for 2 extra pillows several times but they never appeared.
