"Marine View occupies two floors of a 15 story building with various other hotels on the other floors. Clean, looks recently renovated, a bit small but adequate. A bit pricey but primarily due to location immediately adjacent to beach and festival taking place during our stay. Friendly professional staff and great access to Heaundae Beach."

"The room is unique with the duplex design. I love the floor heater which made me felt warm in the room. The location is good to find restaurants. Close to Shinsagae, LOTTE Mall and Home plus. Will come back again for sure."

"The hotel room was clean and the hotel itself looked new. Check in was really easy. There is a convenience store nearby. Bus stop is near. Beach was a short walk. The best part of the stay was the staff. General Manager Scarlet was so friendly and helpful. She was always smiling and helped us during check out with finding a taxi with all our luggage. "I came back here with my spouse as I enjoyed sinple but very delicious brunch, spacious room with a view and even coin laundry has iproved since few years ago when I visited here. I would recommend this hotel to all...exclusive department stores (Sinsegae, Lotte) are 5 minute walk and subway leads to the department store. Overall, this hotel brings back peasant memories and I am doing it again here in Busan. Thank you!"
