"This is a relatively new hotel and everything was great, except one of our mattresses was very lumpy with dips. The staff resolved our issue quickly by offering several options and also let us check out an hour late so our kids could swim before our flight."
"I chose this property because my adult children and grandchildren live in the adjacent building. My family was able to just walk next door, so convenient. The Hotel and our room were new and spotless, and the 17th floor view was amazing. We would chose this hotel again. "

"I wasn’t given a room with a bathtub as requested. I had to go back down to the desk. She changed the room but the key didn’t work because she wrote the wrong room number on the card. Back down to the desk again to find the right room number. Very friendly but not very good first impression. I also wasn’t made aware when I booked the hotel that there would be a fairly large security deposit at check-in. "
