"The room was clean but the “newly remodeled” title was a bit off. The full size fridge in the room threw me off. I’ve never experienced that before. The shower had mold on the walls. The beds were smaller than full size but bigger than a twin. Not much room for two. The door had some large gaps to see through to the night outside the room. Maybe some weather stripping could be used. Overall I would not plan to stay there again. My daughter didn’t want to stay at all. "

"Pool and hot tub was closed for the season. Hotel is in the middle of a renovations, so it was very unkept. Breakfast was decent. She threw all clean. "

"The stay there was very nice it was very peaceful we stayed 3 nights and will definitely be back the pool was not open because it’s an outside pool and it’s still quite cold. The staff are very friendly and helpful in anyway they can be. They was able to help me out with anything that I needed as I had forgotten stuff at home. The rooms were very nice and clea. There was a lot of run filled things to do as this was the number one pick to vacation at there is all kids of things to do in hochatown but as we only had 3 days we spent most of the time in are room together. Loved the very big mirrors and the king size bed it was fantastic. We could not have asked for a better place to spend are time we will be back next weekend "

"Towels in room where dirty and stained. Room next door had the TV on very loud. I called the front desk and was told they could not do anything and i should either know on their door myself at 12.pm midnight, call the police and then she hung up."
