"The hotel is beautiful and the location is excellent. Close to shops and restaurants and minutes walk to the subway. The front desk staff speak English which is a plus. The skytree is also within a 20 minute walking distance. Con. The hotel lists a shuttle service but this is a third party service which you have to pay 1200yen per person one way."

"**Great location for Disney, but room storage is very tight** **Pros:** * Fantastic location for Disney lovers—just two train stops away on the Keio line, and the station is only steps from the hotel. It's also an easy 20-minute train ride into central Tokyo. * The daily buffet breakfast was a highlight—delicious, filling, and offered a great mix of Western and Japanese options. * Super convenient with a Lawson and another convenience store right outside. * The staff went above and beyond, especially when helping us book a taxi. > **Cons:** > * Storage space in the room is practically non-existent. There were no dresser drawers or closet space, and the bed frames don't allow you to slide luggage underneath, making the quarters feel very cramped. > * The onsen was closed for maintenance during our stay, and the guest laundry clothes dryers are not very powerful. > * There are very few sit-down dining options in the immediate neighborhood."

"The breakfast buffet was awesome. I highly recommend to try. I brought my laptop and the outlet is not compatible to my power cord which I find it unusual. Our bathroom water wasn’t drain too well. However, my check-in was not pleasant. The person who helped me checking in went so fast without making sure I understood. And she was dismissive when I asked her about public bath charge because it was not mentioned Expedia. I booked the hotel two nights through Expedia from U.S. and they lacked transparency about the public bath charge at the time of booking. I had such a high expectation from the hotel based on the review, so it was disappointing how it came out."

"Great hotel ,the room was a great size double superior room for a family of four with two kids aged 7 and 8. Breakfast buffet was a good section, and worth the 1500 yen per adult . The only issue we had at this hotel was their was a glitch with the age of the children. The age of the children didn't come up on their system , as any children over the age of 6 was classified as an adult so an extra fee was charged per night of 1500 yen per child, other then that hotel was very good ."

"Amazing stay at Keisei Richmond Hotel Tokyo Oshiage! I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The amenities were excellent, and the location couldn’t be better—right next to the Tokyo Skytree and its mall, which makes shopping and dining incredibly easy. Multiple transit stations are just steps away, so getting around Tokyo is effortless. The breakfast was wonderful with plenty of variety, and the lounge access from 2pm to 9pm was a great bonus for relaxing between outings. I also appreciated the onsite laundry; the machines show availability on the TV, which made it super convenient to use. Another huge plus is the supermarket right across the street. It was perfect for grabbing fresh sushi, sashimi, and snacks. Tip: If you’re a Kirby fan, swing by the Kirby Café. Even without an online reservation, you might get invited in when they’re not busy. Overall, a comfortable, convenient, and well‑thought‑out hotel. Highly recommended."
