"Bathtub clogged. Poor personnel"

"Booked online through Expedia. It specifically says 18 or older at check in required. Booking was for my son who is 18 who drove five hours there only to be told sorry, we won’t be honoring your paid stay because you’re not 21. Then when I tired to call four times no one at the desk would answer. I contacted their customer service to help and the front desk wouldn’t pick up for them either. No refund because I booked using a third party. Unacceptable service at this location."

"I had a really nice stay! I was mostly out exploring during the day and only came back to sleep, but everything was clean, smelled nice, and the staff at the front desk were very friendly. The room was comfortable, and I didn’t have any issues during my stay. Overall, a great experience!"

"The bathtub drain was broke, the door lock and deadbolt broke, the carpet was gross, the front desk seemed to get irritated if you asked for anything. The breakfast was okay, the bed was comfortable. I thought it was very sweet that the housecleaning staff made our Kleenex into flowers."

"It was just okay. No big deal."

"I was stunned by all the extras here - free dinner, free drinks and popcorn. Guests were super friendly. Highly recommend."
