"Location was central. Room were clean, comfortable and had amenities. Riad was beautiful. Breakfast was abundant. Parking is 5 min away for 40MAD for 24h. Close to the blue gate. Wifi was down while we were guests but otherwise, stay was comfortable. Front desk staff was very responsive and friendly. I would love to stay here again. "

Todos en el staff muy atentos, gran hospitalidad, nos apoyaron con un guía turístico, varias recomendaciones sobre la ciudad y todas muy acertadas, buscan mucho que te sientas cómodo como en casa. El desayuno muy bueno, se preocupan porque sea de tu agrado el mismo, es muy completo y sobre todo con buen sazón. La ubicación del mismo es muy buena y accesible. Lo recomiendo 10/10"

"Hotel Sahrai was exceptional! A beautifully designed hotel for a great price! Rooms were beautiful and clean and bathroom beautifully designed and spacious. The beds were very comfortable, great pool, fantastic food! , check in with tea and pasties to the room were all special touches. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate us- and let us checkout late since we had a late flight. The breakfast was delicious and bar was open late for drinks and music at Jungle- very fun! The food - Italian and moroccoan and Lebanese were all amazing! The pizza, foccacia, and sandwiches were more delicious than in NYC! prices for drinks and food were reasonable too. I would definitely stay again soon, I hope! Fantastic stay at great prices!"

"Overall we enjoyed our stay in Fes. The riad makes a great first impression—the courtyard is beautiful, and the rooftop has great views and is a really nice spot for breakfast. Our room on the main level wasn’t ideal. The windows opened straight into the lobby, so it didn’t feel very private, and we could hear a lot of conversation through the vents (and assumed the same the other way). The bathroom also had some issues. The shower wasn’t really usable without water spraying everywhere, and the space isn’t set up well for that. The staff were friendly and helpful overall. That said, some of the upselling felt a bit deceptive, which took away slightly from the experience."

"Property is beautiful. The pool area, even though we didn’t get to use it because of the weather, is pristine. The stairwells and the balconies, everything is clean and decorated beautifully. The service is OFF THE CHARTS! The guys that work there are exceptional and go above and beyond to help with bags, directions, anything. Breakfast is AMAZING!!!! My only complaint would be the handheld shower situation. It has one of those half glass shower doors, so basically the entire bathroom can get flooded with water every time you shower. And there is pretty much a limit of only getting one towel per person. We were ready to go to one of the souks two actually buy towels so we could keep the floor dry."

"The hotel has a very cute courtyard and looked very pretty. The room was a bit old and because it was so cold it was somewhat uncomfortable. The heating didn’t work well. The best thing about the hotel was the meal that Samira cooked, which was absolutely incredible and also the hammam where Samira was also the hammam lady. The hotel also recommended a fabulous guide and we were very grateful for that. "
