Thank you for your review, Carlos.Cleaning definitely is a top priority for us and our team works very hard to deliver neat rooms to our guests. However, these past weeks were very hot and humid, factors that make insects, like mosquitoes and cockroaches, come out. The fact that one of these insects appeared in your room is not a sign of lack of cleanliness, but an environmental factor. When we were informed about this situation, it was never mentioned that you weren't happy with the cleanliness in your room. We would like to inform you that we took the necessary measures to prevent this from happening again and we're sorry for the inconvenience.Also, late check outs when the hotel is fully booked are simply not possible. All the rooms need to be ready at 15 h for other guests who arrive on that day. That's why there are designated areas available for when our guests have late flights.
