"Pros: All staff was very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast (and other meals) from the adjoining restaurant, Jack Fenn, was good. Parking was easy and convenient, being free, and right outside the front door. Very comfortable environment, loved the smell of the fire as we walked in to check in. Nice wooded area to walk around (although I was disappointed in humanity to see so much trash along the beautiful trails). Cons: Water was barely warm enough to shower, but good water pressure. ...

"Finding a room for a family of 5 is hard enough but I had high hopes for Diamond Coast. I was highly mistaken once we arrived. We arrived about a hour before check in and I asked the receptionist if our room was ready. She was very rude but gave us a room that was ready. I shouldn’t have taken it. The room fit us fine, but it was dirty and smelled like old wet dog. The carpet was stained and the glasses in the bathroom were dirty and had old toothpaste all over. We were only there for one night...

"All the staff, in particular David, were incredibly helpful, professional & thoughtful. A minor personal crisis occurred and David could not have been more thoughtful & understanding. The hotel is perfectly located. The suite had everything we needed and the massive bed was super comfy. I cannot recommend this place enough."
