Nice stay, lovely food in the restaurant.

Birthday trip- spa is extra 25 euro each so not included in your stay. Nice rooms big bed but mattress is soft had a great sleep but we both woke up with sore backs in the morning. Lovely food in the restaurant. Attentive staff super friendly Breakfast was good too try the burrito but fancier coffees are charged out at 4.15 extra I think this should be included in the price of your breakfast. Funky smell on the bottom floor hallway smells like a grease trap not sure what it is but could do with some air fresheners in mean time. Spa- more hot tubs needed you'll have to wait to get in one!

Best Place to stay in Ballina

1st continental Europe standards Hotel in Ireland. Most hotels in Dublin should learn from Ice how the standard hotel should look like. It is the best Hotel in Ballina.

Hotel beautifully situated along the river Moy, parking spot not guaranteed close by Staff very easy going , chatty & friendly & even though there seemed to be a breakdown in communication from desk to dining area re bookings ,staff were still accommodating

As it was our wedding anniversary I requested a nice room, and they listened. Just lovely, right beside the river. A very relaxing stay, no Covid worries, no crowds, I hope to return on our great big anniversary next year

Short stop over

Another amazing stay in the Ice House. Only there for one night in a business trip however wish it was for longer. Rooms are beautiful, food delicious and the staff always friendly. Gorgeous Voya products in the rooms too. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend.
