the property was clean and calm. Staff was excellent. The rooms were spacious & roomy, with a bathtub attached.the food was excellent. We enjoyed the swimming pool & it had a adjacent kids pool & hotel offered rubber boards/floaters to aid kids to swim. however, the property didn't had much space other than the lobby/pool to roam. Also a kids play area would have been a nice addition to hospitality.

I’d highly recommend Radisson Blu if you are gong to stay at Hyderabad. The room was so spacious and clean with both shower and bathtub. The bed is very comfortable. The curtain is so good that covers all the sunlight for me to have a good sleep. They clean your room everyday. Staff are very friendly and always asking if you need anything. The food at the restaurants of this hotel are also very delicious. They have a nice quiet awning and a gym. Pool is not heated so quite cold around this time of the year.

Good Choice!

I chose the hotel after an amazing experience in Coimbatore. Unfortunately wasn't the same experience. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't a bad experience but also wasn't as amazing as Coimbatore. Just want to mention specially Varsha with the amazing kindness and all the team at the restaurant. And special mention to Koushik in the front desk.

Staff was not respectful of privacy. Hotel had guest data records visible out on the desk with full guest names and room numbers The lobby was beautiful though and the area was nice. Upon arrival, bathtub was dirty and the bathroom reeked of urine. After being informed, room service cleaned the toilet but not the bathtub. Excellent service at the Holy Basil restaurant/bar downstairs.

General business class room is comfortable, however, although we have marked as we require houseekeping, for 5 day, house keeping came only once. Did not change the glasses unless we have asked. Minibar, Bud beer tasted as ice tea, no gas, no taste, they have explained that it is local, but it was not even non-alcoholic beer taste. They charrged us although we have explained, so dont drink anything from minibar. The restaurant staff was very helpful, the receptionist in our check in was very helpful did his best for early check-in. Breakfast had range of variety. I would stay here again, but make sure I want housekeeping everyday, no minibar,

Terrible service

A very disappointing stay, not worth of the radisson brand! Internet not working, staff literally not caring despite multiple requests. No follow up to enquirers. And incorrect charges to the card. The breakfast and buffets are of poor quality in term of choices and quality of food. On the positive side: the room was spacious and comfortable, but overall still a bad stay and I will not come back.

Exceptional Stay at Radisson Blu Banjara Hills! Our stay at Radisson Blu Banjara Hills was unforgettable. The hospitality was unmatched—the staff went above and beyond, especially in accommodating the needs of our one-year-old. They even prepared meals for him at 3 AM, a gesture we deeply appreciated. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the buffet offerings for breakfast and lunch were outstanding. The variety of North and South Indian dishes was impressive, and I particularly enjoyed the flavorful masala and Iranian chai. The spa experience was exceptional. Maria’s expertise in massage therapy was evident as she skillfully worked on my knots, leaving me completely refreshed. A highlight of our stay was meeting the owners, Mr. and Mrs. Sahney, who shared the inspiring history of the hotel, built on the site of their old home. Their warmth and hospitality made our visit even more special. Having traveled extensively across India and the USA, I can confidently say this was our best hotel experience. We would love to return every time we’re in Hyderabad. Radisson Blu Banjara Hills is a perfect blend of luxury, care, and heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended!
