"This hotel was a great place for the price, and the price was surprisingly affordable. Nothing to complain about. The place was very clean, the staff friendly and helpful, the complementary breakfast was better than good enough, location was convenient and parking was easy. A very good option generally but "great" considering the price."

The checking was easy, the room was comfortable. The coffee was excellent and the breakfast wasn't bad!
The downtown is worth checking out for boutiques and restaurants. The Gunk's and Rail/Trail are minutes away.
I'm not a fan of rugs in a hotel room though."
"All Home2Suites are great hotels and the one in Poughkeepsie was no exception. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and have many accommodations, and the grounds are well kept."
"Great, clean pool, clean rooms, no complaints. One thing to note: there is no elevator to the second floor! So if you have luggage or have walking difficulties or injuries , there’s no way to get on second floor, other than stairs. If hotel is fully booked you also may not have an option to switch to the first level, which is what we had to deal with. Staff helped us with luggage, but there’s no bellman, so that was challenging. Breakfast was also below average, but waffles were good. Need...
"Staff is very friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Microwave and refrigerator were spotless. Since it is animal friendly, there are no carpets on the floors.
The Continental Breakfast was very nice offering: instant oatmeal, muffins, a variety of breakfast bars, orange juice, apple juice, coffee, tea, & hot chocolate.
I would stay there again."
"Great location if you are spending a couple of days in the Kingston area. Charming house and decor. I loved that they deliver warm coffee and muffins in the morning. The room was decorated nicely and they even provided a record player with records."
