"We were able to check in prior to check in time. Room was very comfortable and bathroom was big. A daily bottle of water free of charge was provided. Breakfast staff and food were excellent. As the hotel is centrally located in the Taksim area, it is very walkable. Close to everything."

One of the room has a weird smell. The rooms are a bit tight for 2 pax with luggage. No issues with cleanliness."

"Konaklamamız boyunca her şey çok düzenli ve profesyoneldi. Check-in işlemi hızlıydı, odalar sessiz ve rahattı. Özellikle yatakların konforu ve odadaki detaylar çok hoşumuza gitti. Taksim’e yakın olması ulaşım açısından büyük avantaj sağladı. Çevrede birçok kafe ve restoran olması da ayrıca güzeldi. Personelin ilgisi sayesinde kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. "I stayed in a family sized apartment for 5 people and I was very impressed. The location is perfect, just around the corner from the Main Street, a stone throw away from Taksim Square and where the main shops are located. The staff was wonderful and helped with suggestions and recommendations. They organised the taxis from the airport for us and that was a relief as we could trust them. Despite the fact we were in a serviced apartment, the rooms were cleaned daily and water, tea and coffee...

"Had great interactions with the staff here. Friendly, helpful, and always opened the door for us. Room was comfortable and spacious. Was awesome to have a washing machine and kitchenette (hot plate and fridge). Room was quiet with windows closed despite noise in alley. AC worked well but was noisy. Was fixed quickly by staff when it malfunctioned one evening. Great location."

"The receptionist Orkan was extremely friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the WiFi never worked during my stay which was very frustrating. When I asked reception around 8pm the gentleman told me it was down but a technician was trying to work on it. It was never fixed even when I checked out today it still didn’t work :( I had to go to nearby cafes/places with free WiFi. Such an inconvenience but the staff and the hotel itself is good "
