Classic, quaint, best hotel

I have travelled in many different countries and stayed in many hotels. During my visit in Hurghada this time too, I changed and stayed in 5 different resorts. And Continental Hotel was the best. It’s so classic and quaint, beautiful and clean. And also, I must mention a staff working there, Serag. He was the most professional staff I have ever met my whole life full with lots of travel. He is the power house and the centre of Intercontinental Hotel and thanks to him, the the atmosphere of the hotel changes and guests can have very pleasant and nice time. The best hotel and best staffs. Thank you!

A wonderful visit to Hurghada at the Continental Hotel July 2023 The hotel is great - rooms, restaurants, swimming pool, clean sandy beach and more than . amazing What distinguishes the hotel most is the taste in dealing from the management and all colleagues, without exception, in terms of reception, room service and laundry. L’hôtel est vraiment magnifique ! Le cadre, la piscine, la nourriture et le service sont super, on a passé un très bon séjour en famille. Le seul point négatif : quand je réserve des activités ou que j’appelle un Uber, les agents de sécurité n’acceptent pas de le laisser entrer. C’est embêtant surtout avec les enfants, car je dois marcher longtemps jusqu’à l’entrée. J’ai demandé à la réception et on m’a répondu que c’est le règlement, mais en réalité on sent qu’ils préfèrent qu’on prenne uniquement les taxis de l’hôtel, qui sont beaucoup plus chers.

The only good thing for the hotel is the beach and the pool. Everything else from food to service was bad, food was very bad as a quality and very limited. Bed was very noisy and not comfortable. Animation team and night shows were very poor in comparison to other hotels.

Great Hotel in the best location of Hurgada.

A few days as a couple away from Cairo and work. It was just perfect. Since Hurgada city transformed into another crowded Egyptian city it was crucial to be in the (Sweet Spot). Continental Hotel is in the best location adjacent to Hilton and Steigenberger hotels. Very nice private beach, snack bars and water sports. Even a private little marina where you can have cruises to small protected islands, dive or snorkeling. Everyone working in the hotel were very decent an helpful doing everything they can to help you enjoy your time to the max. Great restaurants and Chef who even took an extra step to prepare a special treat which my wife asked for. Should I visit Hurgada again soon I will stay i Continental.

Der Aufenthalt war im grossen und ganzen sehr schön. Das Essen war lecker und frisch! Die Anlage war sehr sauber!! Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich (nicht alle). Die Massagen waren gut und die Speedboattour mit Ali war super!! Preis-Leistungvergaeltnis war Top. Die Anlage ist klein und familiär. Wer gerne ins Meer rausschwimmt, hat in dieser Anlage nicht fruede weil die Absperrung sehr bald kommt! Das Personal für die Aktivitäten kamen jeden Tag (mehrmals) und irgendwann hat das genervt! Wer auf Luxus aus ist, wird diese Anlage nicht mögen. Ist klein aber fein und nicht luxuriös.

Gutes Hotel

Wir haben einen Privatausflug nach Luxor gebucht, alles hatte tipptopp geklappt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, Zimmerreinigung war auch gut. Beim Abendessen servierten sie das Wasser nur in kleinen Plastikbecher, was nicht sehr umweltbewusst ist, man brauchte ja etliche Becher. Preis-Leistung stimmt.
