There wasn’t any precaution regarding COVID-19 against gusts who can access everything and use the dining area without minimal assistance from staff to reduce the possibility of infection ,rooms are very good Staff need more training about customer service and how to deal with customers Nice place and it’s recommended to stay there

I don’t know where to start ! It’s very clean so I don’t have anything to say about the hygiene. Staff is very friendly and nice! However the food was very bad ! It was not what I expected. Also at the check they have told us that the are different restaurants with different cuisines which was not true at all! All the restaurants served the same food! They also said that there was an Asian restaurant and also that was a lie! Overall it was okay but I wouldn’t go back ! Ps they don’t have elevators, really not practical !

It's a massive hotel with access to use the facilities of the adjoining hotel with water slides. The roof top adults only pool is a nice touch with everything there except a shower so the pool does get oily after time.

Terrible experience.

The weather was ok and some of the staff did make an effort to make it pleasant. ..especially one of the chef's who made some other food for us because the standard in all the restaurants was so poor...I've been all over the world but this was the worst experience.

Buon complesso di 4 hotel uniti di cui uno,albatros beach, propio sulla spiaggia.si sfruttano i servizi di 4 hotel molto vantaggioso. La cucina e' molto ripetitiva e scarsa anche ad accontentarsi sapendo di esser in egitto.spiaggie non bellissime.piscine eccellenti.si trova a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia camminata piacevole passando attraverso gli altri hotels.oppure si attende la navetta.
