"Breakfast was very good! Some staff at front desk were rude and inconsiderate! Our grandson suffers from traumatic anxiety and had a bed accident! Our daughter went to front desk at 3 am to get dry sheets and mattress cover! She said all she had was sheet and housekeeping would be in at 8! Now I am not stupid if you are the night manager you have access to whatever you need. She was just lazy, rude and didn’t want to bother! "Service personnel were super friendly and impressive. You could tell they love taking care of the guests!"

"Check in lady was helpful and very friendly. As soon as we got there the elevator was broke down, stuck on second floor. She was trying her best, running back and forth up the steps to fix it. No luck on that. We were only on the second floor, so not so bad getting up to the room. We got to the room, and although the bed was made, there were gross stains and hairs on the comforter, which we were told they normally don’t wash them unless they look dirty. Well….obviously nobody looked at this one....

"It was not walking distance to downtown Bristol, but it was not the hotel fault it was who I went thru rooms was clean ,staff was super breakfast was included it was good"

"The hotel is between 2 busy highways. Even with earplugs it was hard to sleep with the roar of traffic all night. Breakfast was okay but no dark roast coffee (only decaf or light roast). Overall, a disappointing stay for a Hampton and the premium price."

"It was a great hotel. Getting the suite was definitely worth it. We would stay here again on our next visit."

"There's a specific room that I go to every single time, and the head of the bed frame faces towards where the sun rises and the moon rises. I get amazing rest with positive dreams i believe 100% if you're looking for an affordable place this is a good place to get rest, You have many restaurants and places to go to nearby and lovely attractions like Elk River Falls. I am a non-smoker but this place does have smoking rooms as well as pet friendly."

"The room was clean and the staff was friendly. However the Expedia amenities included in the search was not actually included. The breakfast that was said to be included was not. It did not actually have a hot tub as stated in the Expedia search parameters."

"Very nice place friendly staff enjoyed watching the games in the lobby"

"The pool was 82 degrees a little chilly , not enough help on the casino floor for the drink servers lines at the bar were long. The property was very clean . The rooms were excellent and they did have people wiping down the machines . Very nice hotel"

"Great bed and the breakfast was good"
