"I highly recommend this hotel. Very friendly and professional staff. Every member of staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. An excellent choice of breakfasts included in the price. The restaurant was excellent in the evenings. The location is fantastic with wonderful views of the beautiful Peak countryside."

"Had a lovely stay, very clean. Great amenities/swimming pool/spa. Comfy bed. Quiet surroundings but near to town for pubs/restaurant. Perfect for a night or 2 away. Will be back for sure"

"Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. There was a glitch in the admin system which meant it thought I hadn't paid, paid again and then got to room, checked and went back to rectify and said it could take up to 6 days to refund. The room was boiling even though there was a fan in the room, they had no extra fans to help with the warmth which was nearly unbearable on day 1. The room was for 3 people but only set up for 2. "Had a great stay here. Easy check in. Room was on the far side of the hotel so a few little stairs but that was fine. Room was as expected. A little dated but I've come to expect that. The swimming pool was great, good temperature. The sauna was also a lovely plus. There is a male one in the changing rooms and a female one in theirs respectively. "Great location. Lovely staff members. Spa treatments were amazing.
Room was lovely but bear in mind if your staying top floor in summer there absolutely stifling and not pleasant to sleep in. The fans don’t do much really."
