空間乾淨舒適、地點交通方便～不過剛進房間時芳香劑的味道頗為強烈，開空調之後有好一點點，但睡覺時味道還是無法散去。除此之外，其他都非常喜歡，房間比想像中還寬敞，一樓公共空間還可以煮咖啡，非常溫馨可愛的地方！

整體設備普普通通，價格略高
離車站約5分鐘，附近有全聯跟seven便利商店。周遭環境有一些特種行業。
房間內無熱水壺，要去客廳飲水機裝水回房間，浴室拉門壞了，所以水噴的到處都是。
遇到的女管家很熱情招待，這點可以加分。
