The pictures of hotel in here looked that they have a gym and breakfast for buffet but it doesn’t have any gym and they didn’t inform us during the check in and when I ask them , they said it’s under construction. And they let us stay another building which I have different pictures of booking because no guests. What a worst experience here. Fxxxx

謝謝升等，但可惜的是浴室淋浴門有點大聲，還有蓮蓬頭的水壓不是很夠，洗臉盆的水阻不牢，其餘都不錯

登記入住時，櫃檯人員說網站訂房已經折扣價，不能再使用國旅券，後來有另一位女性服務人員打電話問主管確定可以，表示櫃檯人員專業不足，方案都搞不清楚。隔天的早餐竟然因為入住房客太少還從自助式改為套餐式的。雖說餐廳的接待人員很熱情親切，還是覺得有點可惜，希望他們可以把房門的鑰匙改成比較安全的感應式

口コミに記載されていた、ウォッシュレットは部屋にはありませんでした。 ユニットバスタブもありませんでした。 朝ごはんは、バイキングでパンもあり子供たちにとっては大変助かりました。 とにかく、近郊ホテルと比べ安いので駅近では、それなりでは、お勧めです。

房間異味很重、紗窗又破洞，櫃檯有協助但問題沒解決，只是虛心接受意見，態度不ok，非常消極，我來放鬆，碰到這種服務和糟糕的房間，不會再來了。

客房的感受還不錯,雖然不是頂新穎的走向,但也沒有老氣. 空間夠大,床鋪舒服,房間都還蠻乾淨的. 廁所/浴室的部分就比較中庸一點,但是蓮蓬頭的水壓很夠,這點比較重要

冷氣太冷..其他都還不錯，不過可能因為主要房客以旅遊團為主，早餐只供應至0930，而且沒有現煎的荷包蛋(有白煮蛋、茶葉蛋)，如果是想要慢旅遊的可能會覺得稍微早一些，房價一晚2500，還算是可以

Conveniently located near the Hualien train station. There are some restaurants near the train station, but not too many options. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, so keep that in mind when booking. Otherwise the room was clean and breakfast was decent.

跟網路上看到的感覺不太一樣，廁所乾濕分離做的不徹底，所以整個地板都濕的，吹風機也是壞掉的，連住兩晚也沒有補充礦泉水及收垃圾，很明顯訓練不足。
