"Rock hard beds. Rooms FULL of all kinds of bugs. Old. Unclean. 3 days, no housekeeping, not even a towel change. Terrible service from most staff. No help for guests. One day we wanted to go to town and asked for a car or taxi, they asked why we wanted to go to the riverside town, we said "for swimming" and they told us we cannot go because it is too dangerous and walked away. "Check in was easy and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The accommodation was big and had a lovely sitting area inside and outside the property. Mostly clean with a fridge. Water was provided and topped up daily. The pool was a wonderful feature and we spent quite a bit of time there. Admiring the views and peaceful environment. We are there both evenings and the food was extremely tasty and fresh. We used the free kayaks and life vests to explore the lake a little. That’s was stunning! "
