"The property was modern, clean and had a very comfortable bed. I stayed here for 5 nights and loved it, il be back again one day! The only downside was that there wasn’t a cleaner, plus the location was far out but I had a moped so it was perfect for me. The price was brilliant and so art from the lack of a cleaner I would give the property 5 stars!"

"Wir waren fünft Tage dort und haben es wirklich genossen. Laura ist so eine herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Die Anlage ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und jedes etwas ganz Besonderes. Mit dem Roller erreicht man von hier jede Ecke der Insel. Wir kommen gerne wieder. "

"Cute pink house on the hill with a lovely French couple managing it. You can walk 5min to the beach and restaurants. Not much shopping nearby. Breakfast was nice too with a view of the treetops. "

"The place and stay were beautiful! The only thing that I didn’t like was that there were insects everywhere, I was reaching for coffee that’s provided with the room and there was an ant trail going up the wall then when I came home I found lizard under my clothes that I set by the sink. If small insects bother you I would pass on this place but if you can deal then this is a nice stay"

"We had a very nice stay at Serenity resort. 3’ walk to Maenam beach which is a very quiet one (not crowded), close from village, shops and restaurants. Landlord makes it easy for you (car or scooter rental, laundry...) Resort is clean (change towels / sheet everyday). All that you need in the kitchen for cooking. Thanks Sebastien !"

"Pros- If you are planning to go to the full moon party this is the place to stay, within a couple of minutes away. Jack the manager of the property was very friendly and helpful. Cons- If you are planning to get some sleep during the full moon party, forget it. I think i got maybe two hours sleep because of the craziness going on until the next day. Overall would do it all again, good times!"

"The hotel is the owner's name Penzy. My fiancé and I were delighted to meet her and her staff who are very knowledgeable, friendly and hardworking. They have been very helpful and the location is central enough to walk to most places, yet quiet at night and very affordable if you are on a budget. You get what you pay for, so understand there is no elevator and you may have to climb stairs. We are staying and extending our visit from 10 to 30 days while we wait for an apartment. "We booked the most expensive beach front bungalow for 2nights. The setting was beautiful but unfortunately we decided to cut out stay short. When we arrived we were taken to our room and found all 3 beds to have stained sheets, hairs and bugs.. we approached the receptionist who had checked us in and asked for the sheets to be changed, she was grumpy and snappy and asked us to wait until the next day to get the sheets changed, we politely refused and said we wouldn't be comfortable sleeping in...
