Nice location by the water.
Nice clean room with a good bed. We had a great view over the Mekong with the mountains in Lao in the background
Hallways needed cleaning.
Breakfast was not good Iâm European and did not cater to my Tyne toast and cold eggs my Thai wife was disappointed too.

They are doing renovations at the moment. Builders work there. We stayed opposite to where they were working. The room we stayed in was not very clean. The bathroom basin was disgusting. Looks like they had tried repairing leaks with silicone. Would have had stayed somewhere else if I knew they were doing renovations.

Could Have Been Quieter
Didnt tell is a korean school party of 50+ where also checking in.
Restaurant staff served the first of the 2 meals we ordered as a couple 15 minutes before the second, not a professional way to serve but polite and apologetic.
Hotel was very clean and the staff where great.
