Best Western Plus Pearland/Houston Medical Center Hotel
0/10!!!! The housekeeper staff stole all my expensive jewelry while I left to go have surgery. Management was so useless and rude when I brought it to their attention. Called the police and file a report, I am taking this up all the way to corporate. It is a big shame.

TX hospitality is HUGE and BWPHAI&S out did themselves from the welcome refreshments, to friendly and helpful staff to a huge, clean and beautiful room all close to the airport for an early morning drop off! Def coming back here when we are in the area!
