"We love to stay at the Maple Tree Inn. Great, friendly, efficient staff. Breakfast is always good. If issues arise with your room they are handled in a very timely manner. Reasonably priced. Easy to get to. A plus rating all the way around. "

"We checked in late and kids wanted to swim in the pool at around 7pm. All we could smell was weed from a table with young adults sitting in the corner smoking weed and drinking beer. Small outdoor area for pool. Not very good for children at all. Dead flies in the pool also. Also, after check in, I was asked via text if front desk could do anything for me, I asked for an extra towel as we didn’t have enough for the four of us. Towel never came. I let them know the next day, and all they said was sorry. "

"A little frustrating yoh have to pay for parking when you book through Expedia, but not when you book directly through the hotel. I wish that was a little more clear before I booked. Nice hotel, good morning breakfast, friendly staff. "

"Spacious, clean room"

"The rooms were clean but the hotel is older and doors were a little wonky. The main living room had AC but not the bedroom so we slept a little warm. The staff were friendly but not that helpful. I wasn’t told much information during check in. I had to ask how to get to my room. Was there a gym? Do they offer complimentary breakfast? I wasn’t told anything. The phone in our room did not work either. "

"Mike and Curtis are so kind and helpful!! They have gone out of there way to make my stays comfortable. Rooms are clean, have fridge, microwave. The hotel is in one of the loveliest neighborhoods in the Bay Area. Parking is easy and right in front of your room. Super convenient and such a great value!"
