You can see the beach from the window of Room 21. I am American but lived in Houlgate when I was 16. This little hotel is clean, 1 minute walk from the beach, and you are right near many restaurants and shops. I would not rent a car to come here. Just take a car service from the train station in Deauville. Nonetheless, the hotel is simple, well managed, and the host is very friendly. Excellent breakfast too.

Weekend stay

Had a great stay at the hotel with a very helpfull owner at the reception! Had a familyroom with a nice view to the sea. Breakfast is priced fairly and everything was very fresh. Parking opposite the hotel is public and free of charge and with a little patience you will find a place :-)).

Supplément payé vue sur la mer mais qui est une vue partielle, vue plutôt sur les maisons en premières lignes. J’ai l’habitude d’aller dans des hôtels dans toute la France, quelle déception un pdj à 14€ de produits industriels pain blanc, cake, Nutella, jus de fruits industriels… j’aurais préféré garder mon budget pour aller prendre une bonne viennoiserie locale. Certe le contexte actuel est compliqué pour tous les patrons mais un petit effort pour proposer de la qualité avec des producteurs locaux se m fait dans d’autres petits hôtels. Déçue du rapport qualité prix général (réservation en semaine hors saison)
