Staffs were very welcoming and courteous and very helpful. A great place to stay and very close to Haneda Airport. Will surely consider this hotel again in the future.

Breakfast was great - a lot of variety. The bar in the upper floor is a great place to unwind. The amenities are generous.

This hotel is a hub for families with young children coming to Disney. If you're visting Tokyo this hotel is not where you would likely want to be: remote and not much around it. Onsen was nice; rooms were comfortable (and relatively good-sized for Japan), but location was not great.
