"The only thing great about this hotel is the location, within easy walking distance to downtown Asheville. Otherwise, there is NO POOL, I found strange hairs on the shower of the bathroom when I checked in, the toilet seat broke twice during normal use (even after calling the front desk to get it fixed the first time), I found someone else’s dirty socks in my room upon check in, when the windows fogged I could tell they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, when I tried to eat breakfast in the restaurant I was almost shooed away for no other reason than I didn’t have a voucher although I was willing to pay with a card or charge to my room. The bed was terrible and sunken. I would never choose to stay here again. Nonetheless, some of the staff were kind and friendly."

"There was nothing unique about this property no coffee pot in the room. They didn't clean the room because they said there was a supposed to be instructions on the mirror. There was no instructions on my mirror. It's definitely need an upgrade at that hotel the coffee pot hardly ever worked the food. It was an impressionable at all. They could've had some fresh fruit there that would've helped sausage look like it wasn't really cooked all the way I saw some coffee in the floor the night before I checked out and I told the lady I said there's copying before she done. I know I see it the next day it was still there so now I'm not pressed with that hotel I don't think I'd stay there again and especially when she said I needed to bring my towels to the front desk instead of her I'll come and get the towels. She was getting enough to do everything else she could've done that so no, I wasn't impressed with it."

"This hotel is perfect! We actually looked up when it was built (2023) because everything was so clean and nice it felt like it was brand new. The rooftop restaurant has a beautiful view, and excellent food-make sure to make a reservation because it fills up fast (with good reason). The breakfast was fresh with lots of options, some made to order, and they offer a cocktail hour with complimentary drinks and light snacks. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend to anyone traveling to the Asheville area."
