"Check in by Olive was quick and efficient. The hotel and our room were both clean and well decorated. We used the gym, and it was also clean and well maintained. Bed, pillows, and bedding were comfortable. Good location for exploring Asheville and the Biltmore House. Five to ten minutes to everything we wanted to do, but not in the busy downtown area. Excellent price for the middle of the week. "
"The front desk staff was not very friendly or engaging. Often they did not say “hi” or “good morning”as we walked through the lobby. They could be more warm and welcoming. "

"We loved our stay at the residences, the unit was incredibly spacious with a stone fireplace, full kitchen, living room, separate bedroom with a king bed, jacuzzi tub and a full shower as well as a balcony and hardwood floors. It was very quiet and tucked away. We didn’t use the heated pool or hot tub but it is definitely a nice option and the price was unbelievable. We would definitely stay here again."
