"Where do we start? Fabulous. We were very impressed with the staff. Alina was professional, polite and could not do enough to ensure our stay was what we had wanted and expected. When we arrived (during one of the hottest days this year) the fan in our room did not seem to work. We went down to report the issue at 5pm then never thought anymore as we went for dinner. "I stayed here on my own after an all day work gathering, whilst there are excellent eateries around, I took some food back to my room because it is so nice and homely after a full day out. "Fantastic grounds and hotel. Staff are really friendly and receptionist was really helpful. Only thing missing would be the option to get a fan for your room - as the weather was warm and no breeze, so having a window open did little for air circulation. That said we will definitely be returning!"
