"Room has air con but it does not warm enough. We got a separate heater otherwise could not sleep for sure.Water pressure of shower is quite slow, no amendities provided in room such as cotton buds, shower cabs, sanitary bags. Good points are big room for family with 2 big sofa beds."

"What a beautiful place to stay, old school service, fabulous gardens. Huge gorgeous room, lots of nooks and crannies to get lost in. Some feedback not a complaint - spa needs a jacuzzi esp outside to take in the views and changing rooms need to be regularly cleaned of excess water"

"OK, yes, some carpets need replacing, but cleanliness was A1. Staff were a delight - helpful and up for a laugh. The pools and steam room/sauna were really relaxing - once the children left... but, it's their pool as much as any one elses... children eh!? Breakfast was a usual self service affair, but really tasty and welcome after a swim and steaming session. We hope to return! "

"What a fabulous place ,quite breathtaking on approach to the hotel .Staff were very friendly and helpful,we were given an upgrade so that was a lovely surprise and the room didn't disappoint.We had dinner there on our first night which was super. Would definitely stay there again ...in fact have recommended it already to friends who are looking to stay in the next 6 months "

"After the hustle and bustle of London, we loved walking into the Lygon Arms which was quaint and full of charm. The common areas of the Inn were very old world English and provided the charm we were hoping for. The rooms while equally charming had modern conveniences like a heated towel rack, blow dryer and the new shower/tub area, and a nice spa and pool. I recommend booking your spa treatment a week before you arrive. The location of the Lygon Arms provided a good point to start our tour thru...
