From a single mom of two high energy kids, this was exactly what I was hoping for on my vacation. And being an American, it was a perfect stay in such a beautiful country. Absolutely perfect!"
"When we arrived the room was fine on further inspection it turned out that the TV wasn't connected to the Internet which took me ages to work out using time I could of used exploring, the room could use a lick of paint it's quiet tired looking and a hand rail would of been handy for getting into and out of the shower also the stairs upto the room are quite steep but other than that it's OK and convenient for the local attractions. The only thing i didn't like was the check in information wasn't clear enough in advance. there was no one to speak to when I arrived and just check my e-mail to see their phone number or anything to contact them and found out that i just received an email telling how to enter the building. That e-mail should be in advance for clear instruction. "
"A simple hotel in the middle of Stourbridge. Rooms are adequate in size, the bed is comfortable and there's a good shower in the bathroom.
There was a problem with my room but it got sorted quickly and the staff were excellent.
Small changes in the bathroom would help - a shelf above the sink so there's somewhere to put your stuff and similarly a soap dish in the shower would be really useful."
