Lovely stay

Couldn’t fault anything, rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing everything was cooked perfectly. We visited the spa and it was so relaxing.

The Rooms are big enough but a bit dated and the bathroom needs to be updated. The Hypnos mattress was the most unconfutable mattress I have ever tried to sleep on. The staff were very good & friendly and the breakfast was not the greatest. Location for Merry Hill Shopping was Ok but the walk down was not well thought of no crossing by the roadworks and a lot of ignorant drivers

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice room (apart from shower and sound proofing). Good breakfast. I don't agree with hotels charging guests for parking. How else am I going to get to the location?

Hotel was great for one night, however there was alot of noise till early hours with boy racers presumably at MerryHill shopping centre. But otherwise pleaseant stay. Food in the bar was excellent.

Would stay here again

Really clean and well kept hotel. Lovely big room, decent shower and a comfy bed. Tea and coffee in the room. Happy that the bar was still open on our return from the event we attended.
