The room amenities, appointments, even the toiletries were luxurious. Beautiful bathroom and gorgeous balcony view. Room service dining from the restaurant was delicious. The pool area was beautiful. The welcome tea upon check-in was a nice touch. Check-in area was beautiful. Staff was professional and helpful from the car entrance and elevators, to check-in, to bell service, room service, housekeeping, and pool area staff. Sushi Sho was special. Thanks for the anniversary towel swan and flower petal welcome.

The property is great. The location could be better, but it’s fine. The rooms are well equipped and good size for a family of four. You can walk to restaurants, shopping centers and the beach. I definitely recommend this place.

Great place to stay. 7-8 min walk from waikiki beach. Friendly and helpful staff. The service at restaurant Solera could be better, waited long for food.
