For the price, we’d definitely stay here again. The room could have been cleaned better, there was food in the sink strainer when we arrived and the walls had some marks that we removed ourselves. We had a nice view and a really short walk to the beach. The pool was a nice surprise since the listing still has it listed as closed for refurbishment.

We were so happy with this resort. Beautiful koi pond in front. Easy walk to the beach and to the shops and restaurants on Kalākaua Ave and Kūhiō Ave. Our one bedroom unit was spacious and was exactly what we were looking for to ensure a comfortable 11 day trip. Thank you to the staff for making our check-in on a Sunday super easy. Highly recommend!

This place is in an ideal location, with everything within walking distance. The only downside was that the pool area was under renovation, which we were hoping to use, but it wasn’t mentioned on the listing. Despite this, we’ll definitely be back. The room was super clean.

5 min walk to Waikiki beach. Lots of restaurants, food trucks and shops nearby. Right in the heart of Waikiki and very safe at all hours of the day. Easy check-in/out. Would stay here again.

The place was very nice. We had a nice balcony view facing the mountains. Upon arriving, there were a few hairs in the bathroom, therefore rating 4 stars for cleaning. Parking is 100/10. We had a parking pass for 6 nights for $50. The location was great, 5-10 minutes walking distance to Waikiki. Check in and check out was very easy. I would definitely stay here again if possible and totally recommend it. It was a good overall experience with Hawaiian Sun Holiday.

Everything was as expected at the price point of the unit. Nothing fancy or disappointing. Check-in was easy; parking in Waikiki was a steal; the unit was clean (we did not see any cockroaches). But the office general manager (Rochelle) was the best part of the business! We had an issue at the unit, and she went out of her way to deal with it. She was very polite, professional, and absolutely wonderful, actively trying to deal with the issue. I appreciate that a lot.

We loved the location and the beach access, with two options depending on the day one with a wave breaker barrier and one without. Everything was within walking distance, including stores and restaurants, while still being in a quiet and safe area. The room was spacious with an amazing 180° view and a chair on the balcony to enjoy it fully. Both the king bed and Murphy bed were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and spotless, and the bathroom was also very clean with extra towels provided for the beach. The host left clear instructions for both check-in and check-out, which made everything easy and smooth.

Great spot to stay for the value! Close to the beach. Easy check in and a fully equipt kitchen. Free parking was a huge added bonus as well. We were even offered to borrow beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. The rooms are a little dated, but for someone who doesn't spend much time in the room, it was perfect. The bed was very cozy.

We were very impressed with our accomodations. Sure, it wasn't the lap of luxury, but we were very satisfied and found the value in it. My parents, who stayed in a 5 star hotel, saw the value in having a 1 bedroom, fully furnished apartment. They were impressed as well, and are thinking that the next time we all go on vacation, they will look into booking similar accommodations. My fiancé and I were very satisfied.

The unit was clean, well-appointed and view was great (looking toward the mountains). Check-in went smoothly, but was a little complicated. Gerard, the coordinator, was terrific and went out of his way to make sure everything went well.
