The property is 2 blocks from the beach, convenience stores very close, as well as shopping and transportation (trolley, city bus). This is an older hotel so the rooms are dated but very clean. Loved the fact that beach towels and chairs are available at the front desk, so I didn’t have to buy or pack beach towels. Very good location. A bit noisy at night with a rowdy crowd walking by and some construction but it was on the weekend only, weekdays were quiet. I would book here again if I return to Hawaii anytime soon.
